I think one of the best things about web/library 2.0 is the rise of blogs. I use blogs to develop my understanding of issues that interest me and to alert me to new ideas and discussions that are happening. I like to be able to read and contribute to the discussion of ideas and problems that blogs allow.
I read all the blogs i follow as RSS feeds, which allows me to easily follow whatever topic is of interest in a number of blogs. There are lots of great library related blogs, that deal with virtually everything in the library world. The library blog community is often referred to as the biblioblogosphere.
I use blogs to understand mor about library issues as well as technology, marketing, books and a number of other topics.
Some library blogs I recommend are (in no particular order):
