Thanks to the organising committee and all the speakers and participants for making the BTH Symp such a stimulating event. It was great to go beyond those introductory sessions that are often at these types of events and have some debate about what it all means.

I have a lot of thinking to do as a result of what I saw and heard. To me the main challenge is around "nimble evidence based practice" - how we evaluate thoroughly and quickly enough in a way that keeps our staff skills and our entire library relevant to our users' needs. Thanks for raising the issues.

Thanks again for providing the thinking space in an inexpensive, casual, well organised and professional way.
