His main criteria - how easy the applications are to use. Wether you agree with the list or not, it offers some interesting applications that appear quite useful, in education or out of it.

If you're looking for the easiest web tool for students, check out Wiggio.com. We just found out about it, and it's DEAD SIMPLE! By far the best way I've found to work in groups.
